Discuss and confirm rig requirements

Upfront payment is required to confirm the commission slot.

Commission can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront to confirm a commission slot and 50% after the completed model demo videos approval.

When the commission slot is confirmed, I will give suggestions if the PSD file needs to be modified.

After confirming the PSD file is rig-ready, I will notify you when will I start working and how long it will take.

The commission usually takes between 2-6 weeks depending on complexity.

Images or videos will be provided to update on progress.

Demo videos will be sent for final approval when the model is completed.

If you paid a 50% payment upfront then 50% of the total price as a final payment is needed.

Once the final payment is made, the model files for facial tracking will be provided via a download link (NOT including the original files of the model).

I will follow up if the model has bugs.

I will provide Instructions for the model setup. I can also give suggestions about tracking performance.

I create models based on using VTube Studio. I do not create models for using others tracking software currently.

Please decide whether you are using an iPhone or a webcam for facial tracking. The model will be created based on the device you use.

Live2D model is a 2D model not 3D. It has its limitations.

The Psd file may require modifications. Please contact your artist to confirm if they are able to do the modifications.

Due to the nature of the Live2D model, the finished model will not be exactly the same as the angles reference material.

Price varies depending on the model's complexity.

我會提供模型設定方法，也能就追蹤表現提供意見。

我基於使用 VTube Studio 製作模型。目前不為使用其他臉部追蹤軟件製作模型。

The client must be 18 years old or older.

I only provide Live2D modeling commission.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

Hong Kong: PayMe; Others: PayPal (+5% fee).

The full price will be quoted after the PSD file examination and rig requirement confirmation.

A 50% - 100% upfront payment must be made to confirm a commission slot.

Rush orders will incur an extra cost of 30% or more of the commission total.

If the client paid 50% upfront, 50% of the full price is needed after the completed model demo videos are approved.

3 free minor revisions

Major revisions will incur extra costs and the delivery will be extended.

Additional requests after I start working will incur extra costs.

Once the final payment is made, the model files for facial tracking will be provided via a download link. (NOT including the original files of the model)

If the model has bugs, I will follow up.

Due to the nature of the Live2D model, the finished model will not be exactly the same as the angle reference.

Factors including hardware settings, software settings, lighting, etc. will affect facial tracking performance.

The client may use the model for commercial purposes.

The client needs to credit me in social media biographies and/or on the streaming platform description.

I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork's progress and completion on my social media pages and websites.

The client may request non-disclosure until their debut. Longer non-disclosure needs to be discussed and might incur extra costs.

Redistribution and reselling of the model without my permission are prohibited.

Please contact me if the client wants to commission another rigger to re-rig the model with the same illustration.

Public disclosure of personal information and private messages between me and the client is prohibited.

All images or videos provided are only for the purpose of updating progress and may not be publicly shared by the client.

Upfront payment is non-refundable.

The client may request cancellation if no work has been started yet.

I reserve the right to terminate the commission or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, or rude/inappropriate behavior.

客戶可以要求在首次亮相之前保密。若要求更長的保密時間需要討論，並且可能會產生額外費用。

禁止在未有得到我同意下重新轉載或轉售模型。

如果客戶打算委託其他建模師以相同繪圖重新建模，請與我聯繫。

禁止公開我和客戶的個人資料，與及我和客戶之間的私人訊息。

所有提供的圖片或影片僅供參考之用，客戶不能公開分享。

預付款項不設退還。

如果尚未開始任何工作，客戶可以要求取消。

我有權因溝通不暢或粗魯/不當行為而終止或取消委託。
